Someone from corporate needs to come down and get somebody that knows how to run this Bank. I have had cash deposits put into other people's accounts. They don't honor the hours that it says on their website that they're open. Love First National Bank over in Fort Smith but the one in Roland Oklahoma sucks. And customer service you can forget about it at this location!
This bank literally HATES their customers. They charged me a service fee for not having enough money in my max checking because they changed the terms without notifying me (i.e. fraud). So I put the correct amount of money in the account and they charged me a fee the next month. Why? I didn't have the correct amount in for the ENTIRE month. They intend to charge me the fee next month because THEIR FEE caused my balance to go below the limit. These people are literal criminals who hate their customers.
Went to get replacement debit card, was told sit there someone will be right with you. 20 minutes later someone never showed. Made me late for my dialysis. So I'll be writing checks again. Been banking here for 25+ years. Not 26!
