I called up to ask a question about why they would not deposit a check for one of our subs when we clearly have plenty of money in our account, and the customer service agent hung up on me. Very unprofessional!
Everytime I've called.. which has been 3 different times to discuss my overdraft.. they don't know what's going on. Was told I'd get a call back 3 different times & never did. Twice by a lady named Lauri. I Was approved for overdraft, received a letter stating that, then I wasn't, & they had no answers as to why, then all of a sudden I have it, unbeknownst to me & now stuff is coming out my account with extra 30 dollar fees! Hateful, inhumane, and incapable bank staff. I no longer felt my money was safe and closed my accounts after continued incompetence. They would hold money for weeks and allow my debit card numbers to be stolen directly from their insecure computer system. They often shut my cards off without notice. Due to my travels and military service this has put me in many dangerous situations over the last 22 years. They also yelled at me when my husband died and treated me like pure trash.
