I had a few minutes before an appointment so I went to the drive-thru, sent my holiday club book through. No one ever acknowledged me for 13 minutes. I pressed the call button to get any response. Then it took another 7 minutes to get my book back. Needless to say I was 10 minutes late to my appointment. Not very happy with today's service.
Lucas has been amazing to work with. He is attentive to our needs and responsive! I would highly recommend doing business with him!

This is a great bank and the people who work there are the nicest you could meet and do business with. AAAA to the Middleburgh branch!!!!
