I go to NBC daily for work. Cindy and Brittney(drive thru) are two of the nicest people in the banking world. Always super friendly and helpful. Appreciate them both!
I was able to meet with a banker after a short wait and she took care of everything I needed. There was an error in my set up of my online account but it was quickly corrected by the online assistance team!
All of the staff are amazing. I always have a wonderful experience whether it be via drive thru or inside. I have banked with NBC for about 25 years and have never had a bad experience. Thank you to all employees for being so amazing.
