Great customer service from Jean. She explained what we needed to get our business forms for the business. Just walked in and she helped us get going in the right direction.
WORST bank ever.
Read the reviews for all other banks and they are 3 stars or below. National Bank of Arizona is the only 4+ star rated bank in Arizona for a reason. Their motto is "The Only Bank You Need". This particular branch in Benson is no exception, they are just a great all around bank who provides excellent personalized service.
I would like to say, Today I got above and beyond service from, Jean Naegle, she really helped me do a wire transfer and was awesome customer service, extremely helpful and left the bank warm a fuzzy, the teller that helped me before getting helped by her was also great, I now have high regard s for this bank, thank you so much for the awesome service
