We had to go into the Benson branch yesterday to have our on line banking account unlocked. Amanda Burdette helped us resolve this problem. She was patient with us and very professional. Thank you, Amanda, for helping us.
Hands down the best bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The Benson branch has the best manager Cindy and the best staff in the business. Always treated with respect, and they go the extra mile for their customers! In addition, I would like to add that I am a small business owner. I was once a premier banker there, and now I am just a little potato, but they treat me like a king. There’s better banks out there. I don’t think they support small local businesses, if they do then they have a very funny way of showing it.
