Having banked at NBAZ for several years now, I know that due to the employee turn-over that is part of living in a rural community, it has not been an easy task to maintain consistency and efficiency at the Page location. However, the dedication and hard work that I witness day in and day out and the relationships I've been able to build with the employees is why I stay. Horrible..!!!!!!!! Across the board.. especially with their commercial Dept... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. !!!!
Worst branch of the worst bank. Extremely slow, so don't plan on going to the bank without clearing out your schedule for the day. I'm someone who depends on their mobile banking app so I can avoid going into their God forsaken building. Too bad the app is down every five seconds or just decides that you have zero dollars in all of your accounts. Absolutely horrendous bank and I will be switching due to the horrible customer service, the extremely rude manager, and their app never failing to fail and give me heart attacks.
Absolutely the worst since I've been back from vacay. Vi was a friendly face who'd I'd see and she would help me but I've learned she isn't with them no more. Guess I'll be banking else where. Terrible customer service if I could leave no stars than I would but I guess 1 star will do. Bring back one of your nicer tellers plzzz!!!
Absolutely the worst.... Slow SLOW SLOW.... It takes them forever to do anything... it is Absolutely the worst bank in town!!!! I stood in line for 28 minutes.. then the cashier Volonda took 25 minutes to do ONE Deposit!.. I gathered the rest and left... I will use the night drop.. terrible!
