My account went into "dormant" status, even though I had above the minimum balance for the account. Instead of notifying me with options, they drained the account with their service fees WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING ME. Once the account reached a zero balance, they tacked on an additional fee of $21 and then sent me to collections. I feel so violated! We should be able to trust our bank to have our back. The only notification I received was from the collections department. They have no Honor or Integrity.
Benefits greatly from being the only financial institution in the town. Horrible customer service.
I had high hopes for banking with NBAZ as I was told by the branch manager in Williams that this was a great, friendly, helpful small town bank. After 3 years as a customer, I'm totally fed up with this bank that majors on poor customer service, unfriendly tellers, inefficient systems, and a facility that doesn't even have exterior doors that work properly. I have yet to come into the bank and been greeted by a teller who knew the importance of a smile and simple greeting of "Good morning, how can I help you?" I've stood in ... read more
