Let me start by saying that the Customer service is great. The gentleman who helped us establish an account did a phenomenal job. He was kind and caring and did everything to help us out. It was a simple process and a good conversation. We ARE ultimately happy we chose NBAZ for our local bank. My issue: we were told we would be able to Zelle between our accounts.
