The lady who helped my husband and I set up our account was really, really nice. There’s the two stars. It took my previous bank 1 business day to transfer funds to it. This bank takes 5 days!!! I have not been able to buy food or pay bills because it is taking so long. We are thinking of closing our account and going back to using our old bank out of town because it’s ridiculous to not have access to your money for a entire week or more. Three transfers and they’ve all taken 5 business days to transfer. *app never works
