I will never EVER open an account at the National Bank of Arizona. I've never met such a rude, condescending, unhelpful person in a customer service position, much less one who is supposed to deal with bereaved family members. My lawyer knew exactly who I was talking about without me even mentioning her name or which bank I was having issues with, so this obviously wasn't a case of someone having a bad day. Every conversation with this woman she was terse and demeaning and she acted like I was a meth head trying to steal fro... read more

Terrible customer service at San tan location was not allowed to come into the bank for my appointment. Rude staff refused to allow me to enter and I had a mask and appointment as the sign said. She had her mask on as a chin gaurd not covering her nose or mouth. I even said I have emailed confirmation of my appointment. I also state the name of the banker that my appointment was with, no you don’t she said. Like arguing with a 2 year old. 112 degrees standing outside after 25 drive for my appointment. Not even a we’ll come i... read more

Someone made a bunch of fraudulent charges and put my account way over the limit. Thankfully it was caught same day, but only because whoever this scammer is tried to charge an insane amount of money using my account, who knows how many more transactions they would have made before it was caught. When they removed the charges they still charged me over limit fees and foreign transaction fees, which I was told would be reversed when they reversed each transaction. I called a third time and the person I got that time told me i... read more

Chino Valley, AZ branch employees the rudest people they can find. I believe it may be part of their interview process. And now they're too scared to deal with people's transactions, so they simply turn off the screen. Absolutely despicable behavior from a business.

Thursday morning several of my tenants in Williams called me in alarm that the bank was going to be closed due to the COVID-19 lockdown, and how could they pay their rent! Obviously, this was of concern to both parties. I made a quick phone call to the Williams branch, asking for the manager, and the status of their operating hours. In almost disbelief Tanya Christie replied, “we ABSOLUTELY will be open for business. This bank is like a hospital, essential business to the community.” Whoa, I have to admit that I was taken ab... read more
