I have been with National Bank of Arizona for over 5 years. I know that this is the only bank in Lake Havasu City that knows me by name and has always given me GREAT service. I still have other accounts with other banks and have left many more too. I don't think that I will ever leave NBA, as long as their employees treat me with respect and kindness, the way that they do. Thank you NBA'VK WEST SR.

This people took \$1,500.00 hundred from me making me believe that they were going to reduce my credit card interest to 3% and suppose to have 14 days money back guaranteed it has been over one month I m more in the hole because now I m paying interest at 19% in the \$1,500.00 that I payed them to reduce the interest to 3% which was a lie. Trying to contact them for 3 weeks they been telling me that they will call me back which that never happens.
