I was told I could get some change at this location on the phone even though I wasn’t a member. I called first to make sure because I really needed the change today and my bank is closed for Covid. I walked all the way over to the bank from my house after calling and was told sorry we can’t do anything for you at all unless you are a member, not even get change. So pretty unhappy with the service here today.
Top-notch service! Wonderful staff and great management. Have used multiple banks throughout Flagstaff and have not been as pleased. They are conveniently located as well as always willing to help!
Normally I dont send a review out, but when you cant reach a person because they refuse to answer their phones, pretty bad way of doing business.
Can't leave a zero. Staff are great but their policy and banking practices are nothing but cloak and dagger. Find another bank. They'll leave you high and dry regardless of your situation.
