I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for any type of lending. I initially contacted Natinal Bank of AZ for a construction loan for the build of my new home. Despite numerous, specific conversations prior to me signing my building contract about my timeline to close and what funds would be needed to close, when it came time, brand new information kept popping.
