The branch manager, David Cordero, has literally the worst customer service skills. Due to COVID, we were working with him via email and he could not take the time to explain a thing and finally just ended up saying he can't help us anymore because we didn't fill a form, a half page form, out correctly and the fast approaching deadline. He could have started from the get go saying he wouldn't be able to help us because of time constraints instead of having us send him everything, not tell us what was incomplete on our form, ... read more
I went in as a new customer, and were and as kind and efficient as could be. I was very satisfied.
BEWARE OF THEIR ARCHAIC ONLINE BANKING!!
just so you know, they charge you $6 to cash their own check, if you dont have an account.. no matter how low it is. that is absolutely ridiculous, imo.
This bank is excellent for service and workers are kind, remarkable and fast. I love them
