Switched from another bank. So far we've had a great experience. Except, the mobile banking needs upgraded. I never had a check rejected before, but here I have. I have to drive to town to deposit that 1 check that won't go through. Employees are nice!
I will be moving my bank account to a new bank, the employees who work your are extremely rude and have been for over a couple of years now. After waiting in line for quite a while I was refused service due to a personal issue with the employee's husband who does not work at the bank and that situation would have nothing to do with me needing access to my money. Due to personal reasons these employees do not allow access to your money. Definitely stay away from this place they don't know how to run it or manage it
Hands down the worst bank ever, stood in line while an employee was on a personal phone call with their cell phone then they left from behind the counter and I continued to wait for another 10 minutes. When they returned they were rude telling me that they had an issue they had to deal with. I'm sorry your personal life is affecting your ability to do your job but I need access to my money. This is not a good bank to do business with definitely go to Chase I already have
DON'T WASTE YOUR Literally the worst bank on the mountain. Go anywhere else. These people must have friends that work there because my experience with this bank is terrible. I've been a customer for over five years. Their system is always down so I can never even check my balance. Any time I have had to deal with an employee they have been rude, abrupt and unprofessional. I have had enough and I will be switching banks this week for good
Very bad service. Many workers including the manager are ignoring and not helping
