The worst experience I've ever had as a consumer. Came prepared with all necessary documentation to apply for a $550,000.00 construction loan in August 2021 and was told it would take 45 - 60 days to close... I was still not funded by January 2022. Thought maybe of opening an account and taking advantage of the foreign currency exchange service they offer, but sad to say the staff must not be in sync because information given shouldn't be different from one banker to another.. I would give a 0 stars if the option was available. They are great to transact with. However the phone--they will not pick up, called 6 tomes waited 30 minutes. gave up.
I had some papers I needed to sign that had been sent from a branch in another city. I tried to call but it bounced me to their customer service center , after being on hold for 15 minutes they also tried to call the branch but no one answered. Ten minutes later I arrive at the branch and there isn’t one customer anywhere. I was told to see Katalina, she had papers for me to sign.
