Plenty of parking. Staff is kind. There is a drive-thru for convenience, as well as a drive-up ATM machine. If this is not your bank, you'll be charge $3+ to pull cash out. Easy to locate and access. In general, banking with them has been good. They've been one of my banks for decades. They are very similar in most terms to other banks. You can get free checking with a small deposit. You don't have to maintain a certain amount with the free basic, as you do for others or savings. Staff would gladly help.
After multiple weeks of glitches of not allowing any activity in my account, in or out, this made for a tremendous amount of fees with the bank, mind you, it not being my fault. I decided I was done dealing with it. When attempting to close my account with this branch, they accepted no responsibility for the glitches, no matter the attempts that I had to make to fix it, so I was stuck with the hundreds of $ in fees. A wonderful local bank in the NRV area. The girls here are always helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to do what they can. Great overall banking experience.
