They do not offer one set of free checks. Their app does not work for depositing checks (when asking, they just looked confused). Utterly confused when asking about international currency. I fully support local banking, just recommend any local bank that National Bank.
I moved here a year ago and I’ve had all the challenges to go through in getting accounts opened and funds transferred and all of the other little things that happen to come up in banking, and NBB has been fabulous. Jennifer and Cade have always been so friendly and helpful … always greet me by my first name … helped me efficiently on whatever might come up. Great Bank! Love working with them.
