I needed significant help figuring out the paper trail for a closed IRA. Jennifer Jarrells helped so much on two separate days. She spoke with many people to get information. I am also grateful for those she spoke with. She was able to find the information that I needed. Thank you, Jennifer and everyone who helped her help me!

This bank has some of the rudest and most arrogant staff I’ve ever encountered. I came in for something as simple as getting change, and they refused to help me unless I had an account with them. It wasn’t just the policy that bothered me — it was the dismissive and unprofessional attitude. No courtesy, no effort to explain things politely, just straight-up condescension.
