I’ve banked here for 15 years, and my recent experience with their main branch was an absolute disaster. I dealt with three supervisors, all of whom were rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. One woman even called claiming to be a “regional supervisor” (whatever that’s supposed to mean) and demanded my personal banking information. Absolutely not. If you are customer that actually use their services, using checking or savings, and they have no issue applying whatever fee they want to apply, they don't consider you a customer. So don't park in their customer parking. They will have you towed, costing you up to $160 in fees, look you in the eyes as they siphon money out of your account and tell you you're not a customer and that there is nothing they can do, even though they are the ones responsible for the situation. Very poor way to conduct yourself with customers
