I moved here a year ago and I’ve had all the challenges to go through in getting accounts opened and funds transferred and all of the other little things that happen to come up in banking, and NBB has been fabulous. Jennifer and Cade have always been so friendly and helpful … always greet me by my first name … helped me efficiently on whatever might come up. Great Bank! Love working with them.

Customer service is useless. They can't help you after hours. Might as well wait and hope you don't need your money at night! They will update the app and force you into an entire hula hoop automated run around. Don't even bother with the app
