This is by far the worst bank ever. I sent an e-transfer and it was blocked by security department. It took me 1 hour to get through security department. When I got through to some one the phone conveniently disconnected and I had to call again and wait on hold for another hour and a half. Who has 2 hours to be hold. As a courtesy if the phone disconnects for whatever reason , they should at least call you back. I am pissed and disgusted with how everything was handled. They don’t value your time.
