The ladies in the lobby requires customer service training. They yell at you and if the money you are depositing is newly printed money that give them little bit of inconvenience while they count it then get upset. They requested a document that I had to go home to bring it and when I did they didn't even look at it or take a copy of it. They made seriously consider changing banks.
I lost the credit card but I reported it.They sent it to the wrong address but when I called them to give my address they asked me so many questions;they told me that because they were not sure about my identity i need to go to the branch with two pieces of ID. I paid everything I owed and I don't want to recommend this bank to anyone. They make to loose your time but they don't solve your problem. I work Monday to Friday so I don't have time to go and say who I am and tell them about my entire life .

the prerecorded voice assistent is not useful at all, get rid of it. its more frustrating than helpful. just hire people to actually answer the phone.
