For the bank in general - leaving the bank is nigh-impossible. Consider carefully before joining. I closed my bank account in December. It is now March, and I am still receiving monthly fees, and now overdraft fees on the account. Not only is this negatively impacting my credit score - WITHOUT EXCEPTION - every representative of the bank has declared they are unable to help, and will pass me onto someone who can help. This rating is not for this Branch but for National Bank in general. This has been the worst banking experience that I have ever had. It feels as though my funds are being held hostage. My account was automatically transferred over from Motive Bank as Motive Bank was sold. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service to ask simple questions about transferring out funds.
