Their App, the only way to deposit a cheque, continually fails to allow you to enter the code sent. Before you get a chance to enter the code, the screen shows their red flag and nothing you do will allow you to get back to the code page. Totally frustrating and not worth the effort😤🤬
To me, National bank has been the best of six major banks of Canada so far in terms of investments at least. I should also thank Mr. Hylton Ferreira as a senior advisor, a very kind, supportive, and cooperative gentleman.

I wish I could give negative star for this abomination of a bank. NBC is the epitome of a dirty bad business bank that doesn’t care about their customers in anyway. I thought banks like this didn’t exist. After going to three different locations and all three abms were out of service. Not to mention they close at 4pm no card access, I called to find a way to deposit my rent money. I was told that I can use a Vancity or BEEM ABM and that there would be zero holds.
