Après 25 minutes d’attendre, toujours 4 personnes en attente dont une au comptoir et aucun service reçu. Je tourne le dos et je criss mon camp. Pas capable d’avoir du service, 1 comptoir d’ouvert et les représentants à l’entrée n’arrête pas de pousser tout le monde à faire des transactions en ligne ou au guichet. Worst customer service ever. They have shitty hours and they have one counter open and a few runners who come ask us if they can help... Put staff at the counter and open for actual hours that people can go to... you are a bank and you make millions every year... Just do your job
