What kind of bank doesn’t have a DAMN RECEPTIONIST????? Their system is so damn bad that when they ask you to say the employees who you wish to reach OUT Loud, IT DOESNT UNDERSTAND.. what does an old person do in my position?? If they couldn’t physically go to the bank, and they neeed to speak to somebody?! This is so frustrating, I’m glad I switch to TD
