Hadie is an excellent bank teller and truly professional at what she does. She took the time to clearly explain my options and gave me accurate, honest advice regarding my TFSA and high-interest savings account. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Hadie to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience at this National Bank branch. I was kept waiting for around 20 minutes, even though there were no other customers in the branch. The teller , Shraddha Desai, was really unprofessional and asked unnecessary questions for a simple transaction. The amount I requested was not large, yet they refused to release my funds without providing a clear or reasonable explanation. Bad front desk service！ Because I couldn’t understand her accent, she explicitly refused to allow anyone else to provide service! This was a very terrible service experience. Her behaviour showed serious racial discrimination.
The worst experience I have ever had with this branch in Canada. On November 28, 2025, I went there and asked for help with activating my debit card. Didn't get it done, not sure why, the branch staff not actively helping. Unbelievable!!! I gave one star just to post my comment, otherwise I wouldn't even want to rank it. My debit card is still not activated. Could the branch manager contact me by email ASAP? There are other important questions that the branch staff wasn't able to answer.
