I went in to replace a debit card, which is usually simple enough, but something went wrong (I am still not sure what). Now I have to wait 5-7 days for a card to be delivered, and I can't access my money in the meantime. The staff was pretty mediocre and seemed inconvenienced by my presence - which is weird since it's literally their job to help? I have been with NBC for a while and haven't had a bad experience up until now - usually the staff are great. This was my first time at this location and it was just... strange.
