It's been a long time since I've had a service with good support, tellers are friendly and efficient
Horrible bank branch. I had to make more than one complaint with the main bank. They took zero responsibility for bad information they gave me, which cost me money on large deposits that were frozen. Also they promised me a credit card without fees in perpetuity, and then they charged me the following year. Another complaint to the Ombudsman.
This is the WORST branch of BNC. No matter what time of day to see a teller you will wait AT LEAST 20-30 MINUTES for simple transactions. They are the WORST staff in this city.
Très bonne accueil et prise en charge rapide! Le conseiller Romain m’a très bien renseigné. Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas reçu un service convivial comme celui là. Je recommande.
