National Bank Of Canada is one of the best banks I have ever dealt with, I have been with this bank for over 25 years and although a lot of the old staff isn’t here anymore, the customer service is still outstanding. I want to give a special shout out to Nada, Anthony, Soheil, Sarah, Shruti, Satdeep and Karen. Everytime I walk in it feels like home and they always exceed my expectations. Thank you guys for treating my like family!
I am not a client of this bank, but I live in Richmond Hill and frequently use the ATM. This raises both a safety concern for clients and a sanitary concern for everyone.

Her point is quite clear—there is a significant amount of leftover trash a thick stick than can be used as wepone and debris in your banking area, likely from homeless individuals. This issue needs attention, as it affects both cleanliness and the experience of your customers I hope you can take appropriate action to address this.
This National bank has the best customer service, Anthony & Soheil are very accommodating and make me feel like a VIP customer every single time.
