My experience with this bank was the worst. The bank didn’t own their mistakes and their rude manager just called to bully me. If you have to dispute anything don’t bother. They have no sympathy or appreciation for their clients. They just see you as numbers. Never working with this bank again. I reached at the Pickering branch, at 16:20, for my net banking setup. The branch was open only for the clients with appointments. I did not know that but Simin saw me and helped me get my things sorted. Thank you Simin!
