extreme bad customer service. went to the branch on Tuesday at 4:40 pm. it's supposed to be closed on 5 pm. they didn't even let us in. Poor customer service!
My experience with this bank was the worst. The bank didn’t own their mistakes and their rude manager just called to bully me. If you have to dispute anything don’t bother. They have no sympathy or appreciation for their clients. They just see you as numbers. Never working with this bank again.
