Personne ne répond au téléphone. Il faut se déplacer pour avoir un service. Une fois sur place on attend 20 mn au moins. Succursale désorganisé, les employés n’ont même pas de caisse ou pas formés.

I have been going to this branch for at least 10 years. I had some bad and some good experiences. The service is overall fine. Now there is sometimes only one ATM working or partially working. And there is no 100 CAD bill at the ATM, we have to them ask at the desk. This is annoying.
