Ils mentent à propos de leur compte sans frais pour les aînés de 65 ans et plus. J'imagine que si vous avez un cas plus sérieux comment ils vous traiteront, je l'écris pour que les gens le sachent ! Le bureau des plaintes m'ont appelé, ils m’ont dit que je devais déposer ma pension de retraite à leur banque, et que c’est écrit en petits caractères à la fin. Encore des mensonges ! J’ai vérifié deux fois et rien n’est écrit nulle part.
This branch has 5 people waiting in line and is unable to serve anyone. Had to wait 40 minutes to get a new bank card and didn't have time to even do that! I'd look for other national banks in the area if you can.
