Most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with. 1) I call to book a refinance. They find an appointment 3-4 weeks later. I finally go to the appointment and I'm told the person only deals with mortgages and not refinancing. I specifically mentioned refinance. 2) I get a new appointment for the refinance and I'm told to send a bunch of documents. I send everything later that day. tres mauvais service, c'est des incompetents qui travaillent dans cette succursale. Si tu cherches une info et que les receptionnistes prennent ton appel (souvent c'est la boite vocale), ils disent qu'ils vont te rappeler mais ne rappelent jamais. Fuyez la banque nationale, ils prennent notre argent mais ne veulent pas embaucher du personnel competent
