Service à la clientèle très nul et lent. Le mardi 10 février j’étais dans votre agence pour solliciter une nouvelle carte bancaire, j’étais resté debout pendant longtemps à attendre, personne m’avait questionné, vos employés étaient libres, un moment le monsieur avait appelé une dame qui était arrivée 50mn après moi, après un grand nombre de temps d’attente, j’étais obligé de sortir.
Service à la clientèle très nul et lent.
Belle expérience avec Ashven au comptoir. Gentil sympathique, je donne un 4,5.
Service de merde J’attend pendant 20 mn un seul guichet dans lequel on former une nouvelle avec deux clients j’ai rien contre ça ça a pris 20 à la fin quand ils ont fini l’employer proposé et expliqué un tirage à l’achat de 5$ dollars de coupon elle prend tout son temps je oete ma coche esti c pas sérieux et ça c a 10:20 du matin
Nous avons eue un service hors pair grâce à Madame Soumia qui nous a assister et nous a donner de précieux conseils. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre succursale !
