Very bad service I deposited a cheque for 4000 and wanted to know if it’s normal that my app got frozen. When I went there first time they told me the number of security was private so I could not cold, then as customer service could not even see my account I went there to told them and they told me that I have to call again. So bad experience, as it’s end of the month I need to do some payments but I can’t, not only was bad experience but also will affect my credit score …
How can a bank act like this! It is INSANE. They have my husband’s account frozen since friday, nor in person (went twice today) or customer service give any help : they transfer us to the «security» department where no one is working there; because we’ve been on the call waiting for more than 5 HOURS calling since 8 am and no response! How can they freeze our funds like that and give us absolutely no help *They froze it because he deposit his ARC TAX RETURN cheque in that bank, BE CAREFUL AND DONT
