There is only ever one teller working during the day and wait times for any transaction not at an ATM is incredibly long. They come off as being short staffed and ill-equipped to handle the amount of clients they have. Usually up to ten people waiting in line. If you require a teller you will likely have to wait 30 minutes for service. Edit after being answered: Do better, your wait times are terrible.
