Un manque total de service a la clientèle. Jai attendu dans l'entrée pendant 20 minutes, pour que la dame au comptoir me disent .....vous c'est pourquoi ! Je pose ma question et elle me répond, que le niveau 4 qui peut le faire , vous devez m'attendre !!! 2 autres ce promènent avec leurs tablettes et jasent .....je dit a la dame, pas normal que l'ont doivent attendre alors que 3 personnes ne font RIEN et je doit attendre que en finisse avec la dame qui accapare le comptoir depuis 30 minutes.....et je doit attendre combien de... read more
I ask the same question every time I step.in any branch of this bank! Why am I gibing my business needs to them? There is no business line, you wait like everyome else for ONE cashier! It's insanity watch people walk around but one employee to help the line. I am seriously thinking to move because the service is garbage. Adding that a huge order of food just got in the office but there is NO ONE to help the line up we waiting to get service. The nivel of bad is infuriating
Hours are incorrect on Google. The counter closes much earlier. They also only have 1 person working most of the time. It took over 30mins to get service with 2 people in line before me.
