客户服务方面很不专业，我因为拿到PR卡，更新了sin number，需要去银行更新我的SIN ，但是这家问了我一些问题，最后竟然不承认电子版本和copy件，说需要CRA寄给我的那张原件，且需要旧版和新版sin的原件，令我非常失望，要知道CRA寄的也是电子版本打印出来的。 我换了一家branch，两分钟不到就更新完了我的信息，他们家隔壁的CIBC也同样很快就更新了我的信息。 我觉得这家的员工业务方面需要再好好培训一下。
Good service and doesn't have enough Branch
I required a bank draft to purchase a vehicle but live 90 minutes away from this branch. I spoke with Margarita a day prior and she was very helpful, providing details of specific documents that I needed to bring and the amount of time that would be required to complete security checks etc. Mary was the Customer Service Rep. that completed the work for me on a Saturday afternoon. aggressive, impatient, entitled and unhelpful attitude. unwillingness to understand and provide assistance.
Dead duck..no people, no one in the Bank during working hours. You need to wait and see if someone shows up. Online banking is equally pathetic
