I would like to extend my gratitude to Joanne Volpe for her exceptional professionalism and care during my visit to this branch. I was trying to sell my vehicle and realized that there was an active lien on my car. After National Bank neglected to close my auto loan 2 years after full payment , Angela DiMuccio took it upon herself to resolve the issue. She apologized sincerely for a mistake that was a result of her incompetent coworkers and got the lien discharged with urgency. If you are going to be doing any banking, I highly recommend Angela she is a true professional
