I represent a decent volume corporate account and got a horrible feeling while in this lobby ... I left immediately. I am somewhat shocked, suppose my expectations just went completely unfulfilled. If your looking for amatuer levels of service, then this is the perfect Bank for you! When you first enter, nobody will be at the reception desk to greet you. The teller, who is hiding in a cubicle not 20 feet from you, will not acknowledge you and will go so far as to completely ignore you, despite the room being otherwise empty.... read more
Some of the slowest service you’ll ever receive, no one can access a computer to look up a balance of an auto loan. Tellers are extremely slow at their jobs, don’t deal with cash. You’ll wait in line behind one person for 20-30 mins.
While the staff have been reasonably nice, my last few business tranactions have been quite cumbersome, and when I have been told I'd get a callback, I haven't. This is quite frustrating, because my business is time sensitive, and so is paying my contractors. When the bank holds in house transactions (National Bank to National Bank) it delays my business, by 7 days. They're on the last leg with us, and I am shopping for a better business banking alternative.
