We sought help from Priyanka Sharma to restructure our National Bank line of credit in order to get our interest payments to a manageable level. It has now been a few months and what a difference Priyanka made for us! I was late for my appointment to get a credit card, Kemi was so warm & understanding. She worked very efficiently & even let me charge my phone to make a call! Wonderful customer service
I opened my account last week and had a chance to be served by Ms. Priyanka S. She was excellent with her job and very patient to my queries. I hope in future also we get the same service by other workers of the bank. The bank has a very friendly online platform. My only worry is that some of the reviews are not up to my expectations. There is still a lot of work to be done with the opening and transferring of my accounts, I hope I am not disappointed, for the time being it's been a marvellous experience.
I just needed a new debit card, an incomprehensible delay. The ATM did not accept two new cards. I wasted 2 hours and nothing was resolved. I still do not have a debit card. Unbelievable!!! Slow and terrible service! Regrettable!
