Se trompe de void chèque pour les prélèvements d'une hypothèque. M'appelle en disant "votre paiement n'est pas passé avec Desjardins" alors que mon institution financière est scotia. Épeurant comme erreur. Bien sûr impossible de régler ça par téléphone / internet en 2025, vous comprendrez que ça serait trop simple. Il a fallu que je me déplace pour réparer LEUR erreur. This places counter closes at 3pm. Not 5. Don't say you're open til 5. No one is going to your website to check. Google says you're open, I am on my way. And I am really not happy to find I took time off work to do so. After calling the branch and getting someone to come out, They had to go ask someone behind the locked door after every question I had. If you can't help me, get me someone that can.
