Service client très mauvais ! 1 seul caissier ! Attendre 20 minutes et plus pour acheter de l’argent euro ! 🤦♂️
Poor service at this branch. Won't even answer their phones anymore to answer a simple question. Force you to leave a message and promise to call back by end of day and never do. Understandably this could happen once but it's just the norm. Honestly no one has time to play games like this. Service has deteriorated greatly.
Corriger vos heures d'ouverture sur votre site, ça va éviter au gens de se déplacer inutilement et accroché vous un sourire dans la face ( ça peut pas nuire pour avoir plus qu une étoile pour les avis) et inutile de répondre :désolé ce n'est pas ce que nous voulons offrir à nos clients bla bla bla !!
