**Plainte** Service extrêmement décevant, conseiller arrogant, aucun suivi pour ma demande, besoin non répondu, en d'autres mots, médiocre service à la clientèle. Allez à la TD, RBC, Desjardins, ils aident leur clientèle.
Une superbe belle équipe à cette agence. Ils sont accueillants et m’ont aidé à m’accompagner dans la résolution de mon problème. Vraiment wow!
Came to the bank to open different accounts, both the banking advisor and the front desk workers were rude and unprofessional. The front desk also did not have full knowledge of the different offers they have for professionals. Ended up closing my accounts because of this subpar customer service.
Wednesday I come 15:20, they said already closed. But on Google maps show they close at 20:00 . No one correct the time, unbelievable.
Alors on se fait engueuler quand on est employé et qu'on ne l'a pas précisé? C'est pas la personne au guichet qui est supposé connaitre son client? Incroyable service de cabochon, jamais je n'y retournerai! EDIT: on se fait aussi engueuler quand on vient déposer du cash au guichet au lieu des ATM??? Scandaleux service dans cette succursale.
