This branch is a disaster. And no, I’m not talking about the drugs, booze, or people camped at the entrance... that’s just the appetizer. Step inside and it gets worse. From the tellers to the so-called financial advisors, every single employee I dealt with radiated rudeness, hostility, and a toxic attitude. The worst National bank customer care I have ever seen . So slow and lousy. Worst bank branch
July 17 2025 @ 15:45 I showed up at the branch per a BNC email saying to finalize my chequing account with one piece of ID. I was met by two young tellers who greeted me with attitude, no hello, no professionalism. One demanded I tell him why I was there, then tried to snatch my phone while I was reading the email aloud. The email was just three sentences long.
