The worst National bank customer care I have ever seen . So slow and lousy. Worst bank branch
July 17 2025 @ 15:45 I showed up at the branch per a BNC email saying to finalize my chequing account with one piece of ID. I was met by two young tellers who greeted me with attitude, no hello, no professionalism. One demanded I tell him why I was there, then tried to snatch my phone while I was reading the email aloud. The email was just three sentences long.
