Horrible service... Here is what happened. I deposited a $40,000 certified cheque that was accepted and verified at the branch. Your own staff then issued me another certified cheque from my account, which I used to purchase a vehicle — meaning the funds were already validated through your system. While I am currently outside the country, my access to funds was suddenly restricted, leaving me stranded abroad and vulnerable to serious issues during my travels.
