As someone who used to work within the banking system I am honestly appalled at this bank. I have called 3 times. Left messages over two days. No response. And don’t even get me started on their automated voice system OR their call centres. I will never recommend them to anyone. I will never conduct business here again. Truly. Terrible. If negative stars existed, they’d get 1000 of them. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. Don’t waste your time with a company who clearly does not want clients.
Writing a review first time in my life. Because the level of stupidity is just insane. My card was blocked two weeks ago after trying to buy a smartphone. First red flag. My wife called to banking security and had a conversation with a very rude guy so I called by myself and was told that they can’t do anything and can’t verify me through the phone and I need to go to the branch.
