I came to pay off my vehicle and they say the dont accept cheques??
They handed me over to debt collectors without any calls or warnings. I found out about it by accident when I contacted the bank. They told me they no longer have anything to do with my car. And now the collectors are hunting me and my car down. That’s the kind of employees they have, that’s the kind of "truth" they tell.
Second time here, first time it was a fine experience as I don’t recall much of it. This time I paid attention. I had an appointment with Chamat Dahanak, banking advisor. He spent a lot of time(more than my allocated appointment time) to make sure I was getting the best advice for my needs, very through and knowledgeable. He did what he preached and everything went well. I would go back back to him for my banking needs and I actually will likely be switching to national bank fully soon. I always say National Bank has been good to me since I started my mortgage with them. But Judy Rodrigues provided even more than that. With Judy I always feel Im getting advice from a friend. When we discuss about my insurance her encouragement feel so sincere. I will not hesitate to listen to her as I always feel she is concern with my need.
