Wow.. just wow. Spare yourself the headache of this place. Can you imagine how we felt when this bank called my husband and admitted they LOST a 22 thousand dollar cheque… and then gave us a hard time trying to sort it out. I can’t fathom a bank that loses peoples money and then tries to blame the customer. What A JOKE.
Terrible experience with National bank in general and especially this location / branch . Paul cancelled my appointment and told me there is nothing the branch can do to help me. Very poor customer service and terrible attitude. I do not recommend this "financial institution" to anyone. The reviews speak for themselves.

The only problem I have with national bank is I live in Nagar. Region and there's only 1 bank. Which is closed on the weekends. So like today, I had to get something done, so I had to come to hamilton, to get my things done. Very inconvenient, and it's a total waste of gas.
