Stopped in to make a loan installment and the teller refused to accept cash (small amount).....this makes absolutely NO SENSE!! But it's true!! I'm so deeply disappointed with such a stupid policy by a National Bank
I've used it in Kitchener and I'm in a smaller city now semi retired
I had the most calming experience from Viraj Patel. My account that I thought was hacked into. She calmed me down and we went step by step on my accounts and she made me relaxed and reassured me all be alright. And all alright as she said. Thank you so so much in helping me out. National Bank is so lucky to have her.
Been with this bank 40 yrs Accessing your $ from the bank is a joke !! ATMs 8 am to 8 pm if your lucky Twice been late as for waiting to the machine room to be unlocked Staff to service you is so bad I think they they work for us 20 hrs When it is open the staff is courteous and helpful
