Ce matin lors d’une visite à la succursale au 201 boulevard labelle à Laval nous avons rencontré deux employés en l’occurrence Kaveen Cohoun et Shara Majiran. Nous tenons à les remercier pour leur bon service rendu et ce avec une grande patience. Last week I asked the teller on the reception (thin girl around 20years old) to update my phone number she said I did while she was busy talking on a video call this week I logged in to the app and found that she didn't . Last time a black woman wasn't respectful I hope somebody teach them what customer service means . So bad how the best bank hires unprofessional people
