Horrible service here. The ladies in there have no idea what they are doing. Everything is sent online, they refused to print us a simple bill. They refused to give us a physical copy. I would understand for someone younger to do everything online; but my grandmother does not have online access. Makes no sense. I do not recommend for old people. Never go here
If there is a minus rating id put it. Worst service. And the Bank stinks! The staff is useless waited there for an hour it reeked. Felt like i was in a 3rd world country! This is suposed to represent Canada? The worst ! Shut it down !
