It was awful, I had an appointment with Mathieu Lafleur for having refinanced process, they asked for meeting and then no answer from him and bank !
Very bad service. Waited 30 min and nobody helped me, only one customer in the whole place.
Nous venons tout juste de boucler un gros dossier avec Emile. Jamais il n’a laissé tombé malgré les embûches!!! Un service exceptionnel!!!!
If I could give it 0 star I would, bad customer service, and lack of professionalism. I needed a certified cheque and after answering all security questions and providing all documents to identify myself I was still treated like a scammer. I understand protocole but I also know when people are rude, the bank teller tought she was Sherlock Holmes and she told me I lived too far from the branch to get the service I was asking for (certified cheque).
