If I could give it 0 star I would, bad customer service, and lack of professionalism. I needed a certified cheque and after answering all security questions and providing all documents to identify myself I was still treated like a scammer. I understand protocole but I also know when people are rude, the bank teller tought she was Sherlock Holmes and she told me I lived too far from the branch to get the service I was asking for (certified cheque). Service clientèle A1! J’ai eu un gros montant d’argent prélevé dans mon compte-chèque par une autre banque qui n’aurait pas dû être prélevé. Même si l’erreur ne provenait pas de la Banque Nationale, j’ai reçu de l’aide rapidement et efficacement! Autant au service à la clientèle via téléphone qu’en succursale. Un gros merci à Émile, en quelques minutes j’ai eu l’impression que mon problème était prit en charge professionnellement et le tout a été réglé en quelques minutes. Nouvelle cliente très satisfaite!
Terrible customer service. I unfortunately had a rebound cheque and now they holding my debit card. The thing is they are now closed the whole weekend and nobody else can unblock it. I can't pay any bills nor buy anything. This is so frustrating, the system really need to be better.
