I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to be told they wouldn’t deposit my cheque without putting it on hold for 7 days. I explained I always bring this same Quebec family allocation cheque to the counter, but they refused to even verify it and kept saying it’s “the law” now. The attitude was awful. I felt judged like I was trying to commit fraud. Customer service was basically nonexistent. I went to another branch in St-Thérèse right after, and within 10 minutes it was verified, deposited, and done with friendly service.... read more
Toujours pas de service et des caisses fermées
It was awful, I had an appointment with Mathieu Lafleur for having refinanced process, they asked for meeting and then no answer from him and bank !
Very bad service. Waited 30 min and nobody helped me, only one customer in the whole place.
