Very poor service and not client oriented. Very disappointed in this particular branch
I was basically accused of stealing my bank cards despite handing over my legitimate driver's license and answering the correct information...The teller (woman, fake blonde with pumped up lips) made sure to announce (so that other clients could hear) that she could not help me because she did not believe my identity... The whole reason I was there is because the tap on my cards stopped working after being de-magnetized due to keeping them with a hotel key by accident.
