Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been in twice for a debit card, first time was a breeze. Second time, I was asked too many personal questions, and threatened not to give me a card when I said I didn’t feel comfortable answering although I gave them my government ID with my picture and details on it. Also asked me to show them my app on my phone which I felt was a bit invasive. Took longer than expected (which isn’t the problem) because she was giving me a hard time (which IS the problem)
I had a simple thing I needed, they wanted $5. each for back statements, all they have to do is push a button, unhelpful, terse and predatorial in their pricing

Been at this branch for 20+ years, great service.
Spalling service . This bunch of incompetents kept returning payments made to them in cash at the bank, in order to claim they hadn't received them so they could foreclose on us and cost us thousands in legal fees.
