Garbage service
I opened a account on the website as there is adds for this bank all over did all the things the site asked me to do , finally received email saying congrats your checking account is now open you will receive your debit card in 5 business days ........ Yet to receive anything so there for I can't deposit my funds from my old account that I closed upon moving here . This already seems like a mess I have got my fingers crossed that today I can go into the branch at 6th Ave SW Calgary and get a card and move on with things this... read more
Had a motive account for high interest savings but it was bought by National Bank and they lowered the intrest rate and charged me $22 a month that I never agreed too and got no warning that it would happen. Unacceptable.
Absolutely do not use this bank, it's a terrible bank, and no one at their service wants to help you.
