Very frustrating experience. I called to update my address and explained that I also have a car loan with the bank. I provided all my information and was transferred to someone who was supposed to help me, but they couldn’t find my account and didn’t update anything. After wasting my time, I was simply told to go to a branch. If your phone representatives can’t access or update customer accounts, why make customers go through all of this first? Very disappointing service
