Très très difficile d'avoir un rendez-vous. Personne ne retourne nos appels. Le personnel ne semble pas comprendre des transactions simples et ils ne maîtrisent pas leur système informatique. La directrice de succursale est bien, mais le problème est en dessous d'elle. Particulièrement au niveau commercial. J'ai même reporté une fusion d'entreprise car je ne pouvait rejoindre le responsable des comptes commerciaux malgré mes demandes de rendez-vous. Le service commercial est inexistant.
Employé bof bof , Bnc application en ligne bug toujours et n'offre aucun dédommagement ! Je garde mon account mais j'ai ouvert à une autres banque récemment too bad pour eux !
I'm rarely this unnuanced, but honestly, this is the worst service I've had in my life. We lost a huge buying opportunity because of the incompetence of a director at this bank. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere if you can.
