I came to the National Bank expecting a complicated and time-consuming process due to issues with my debit card and account being locked and unusable. However, Karla Piaggio assisted me with exceptional patience and professionalism. She not only arranged for a new card to be issued but also carefully resolved the technical issues with my online banking access. I am truly grateful for her support, as she efficiently handled everything and successfully resolved the most important issues during this visit.
