Je fais affaire avec la Banque Nationale du Canada depuis de très nombreuses années. Le service à la clientèle au comptoir ne fait sans doute pas parti de leurs priorités. Après 35 minutes d'attente et que 5 personnes en avant de moi, je me suis dit qu'il serait mieux de revenir. Faire comme "Le roi, sa femme et le petit prince" dans la chanson enfantine... Puisque c'est comme ça , nous reviendrons lundi...

Do not recommend. The advisors are not properly trained and do not know actually what they are selling (credit cards, account offers). I went there twice and just lost my time. Moreover, the advisor told me they would call me back with an offer, still waiting. It felt like they just wanted our meeting to be over. You will get more accurate information by reaching out through their website. I have been their client for 3 years.
